My items do not fit can I exchange them?

Shoes that do not fit CANNOT be exchanged but CAN be returned for a store credit within 7 days, no refunds. Store credit does not expire, so you may repurchase your item in a different size if in stock, or you may choose to purchase any item. 
Jewelry is final sale and cannot be returned nor exchanged. Please measure before purchasing to assure fit.

I am not in the United States, will you ship outside?

Yes! We ship worldwide! 

 

I just made my purchase and now you have a sale, can you honor the discount? 

We do not honor discounts on previously purchased items. 

Your sizes are in European sizes, how do I know what size will fit me in U.S. sizes? 

Please refer to our size chart tab for conversion, and each shoe will specify the fit as each style may run more true to size than others. 

 

No half sizes?! What size do I get?

Our shoes are whole sizes only, we suggest going a half size up. 

I have wide feet, will your shoes fit? 

Our shoes generally run true to size with standard size width (M) any shoes with narrow or wide width will specify. 

What is the difference between special order and custom order? 

We carry sizes 35(5) - 41(11) in stock. Sizes 34(4) and 42(12) are special order and may be selected in the size drop down menu. Sizes 43(13) - 45(15) are custom sizes and must email to request. Both special orders and custom size orders are final sale and take 4-6 weeks to be shipped. 


I ordered an item on preorder but I also ordered an item that is in stock. Will you send my in stock items first? 

We cannot ship in stock items separately from the preorder items in one transaction. All items will be shipped at once. Preorders take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. 

My item tracking says delivered but I never got it, what do I do? 

SybG by Sybille Guichard is not liable for any items that are marked delivered that are missing. Please file a claim with postal service for further action.
